Really Looooooong Trip Now this was one of those memorable trips that will stay with me for a long time. Dan M. and I set out on the 1st of December to Red Deer, Alberta. That went pretty smoothly. Then from there we headed down to California with a load of Peat Moss. There we sat for 5 days waiting for a load home. Dan went to Chicago and I went up north to Seattle, Washington. Picked up some turbine molds for Westinghouse. I was 10 feet wide. From there I made my way home via the Canadian route fighting snowstorms and bad weather ALL the way home. Made it home with a very dirty truck 2 days before Christmas. What an adventure that was!
