California Trip 2 And yet another trip to California. This time I ran down with Dan and Wayne and I had a passenger. Nigel took some time off work and we boogied with "Animal" and "Stinky." All three trucks were going to the same place in Los Angelas with a pitstop in Brighton, Colorado where Dan had to drop off a coil. While we were waiting a couple of hours to unload, Nigel decided to go up and polish up my stacks. It was very hot that day. I even caused a major ruckus with the mexicans down there when I took my shirt off for a while. WHOA!!! That's waaaaay too much WHITE skin. One guy kept screaming in horror. It was pretty funny. Anyway we finally unloaded and then headed up to Huron, Ca to pick up our loads of onions. By the time we loaded and scaled the loads and found out we were heavy, the place was all closed up so we had to camp out for the night on the farm. Then we got to sleep in since they were 3 hours behind. So we each took enough bags of onions off of our trailers in the morning to make us nice and legal. Boogied home incident free.
